I came in with a problem regarding my bill, they were very professional and helped resolve my issue. Very informative and friendly plus a clean environment. Very satisfied with the staff and appearance of the store. I don't like the sprint service tho.
By far the best Sprint experience in the nation! We came from Michigan, found this JEM bursting with friendly, positive people that actually seemed to enjoy helping us add a line. I couldn't help but add the tablet deal with the way it was explained. I wish this store was closer! Thanks Rashad and friends!!!

Sprint is not my favorite as a whole but this store has always been very helpful and kind. The employees are very knowledgeable about phone and service plans. Selection of accessories is limited but decent varity as well.
This store helped me upgrade me and my wife's phone! Employees explained how they were dedicated to making us happy and they did just that!
