Out of the best buys, this best buy is very small. But there is not very many options in Conway so this is the best you will get. Everything is crammed together and it doesn't seem like things are organized very well. But regardless of their smaller than usual size, they will probably have what you are looking for. But to save you some searching time , I suggest walking in and just asking someone who works their where the item you want is.
Did not have the phone I wanted to buy, which is available there online (LG V20). I wanted to try the size in my hand before I bought (big phone). That sales associate was not helpful or as knowledgeable as I am (did my homework). Frustrating main point to my visit. But found some good deals on low end laptops for my in-laws. That sales associate was knowledgeable.
The managers in this store are very knowledgeable and personable just great people.
Pretty standard Best Buy with hit or miss customer service. Everyone is very nice, but some employees are lacking in base level knowledge for their respective departments. They also price match which is a huge help for when you need something now and can't wait for the internet stores to deliver.
