Simple Mobile Solutions is HANDS DOWN the BEST cell phone shop in all of Conway. They have the best deals in town and not to mention, Christian the manager there went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. I had a cupcake incident and it left icing/frosting inside the small holes for the mic and speaker. Although I had tried to get it cleaned at another store, it still wasn't working so I brought it here and they gave me some options to replace the part (which was unique because I got my phone in another country). He went ahead and double checked it with a microscope and cleaned it again (for free) but said there wasn't much to clean so we should try going through the manufacturer and then try to replace the part. I think the price was actually reasonable considering what needed to be done and as it turned out he fixed it! Since they did what the other store couldn't do AND gave me more options, I give them 5 stars for customer service and doing a great job.
