Dr. Naylor cares for my mother at Heritage Nursing Home. I live out of state and very much appreciate that he returns my calls regarding my mother the same day. He is honest about my mother's condition and care options, answers all my questions. He appreciates and considers my input and is very responsive to my requests. I don't have to remind him who my mother is or her condition as he seems familiar with her personality and notices when she's not feeling well. His attention to my mother and responding to our questions in a timely, friendly and honest manner is very much appreciated.
