They have no idea what is going on with my billing. Sabrina left this location and I was never told of this. So I literally got pushed to the back burner. Another agent tried to assist but he had no idea because I had been going through her. Manager tells me to come to talk to him at a certain time and they are closed for a "meeting". Very unprofessional all the way round.
When Amy sparks office closed, my account was assigned to tori without being consulted. Tori's office immediately began a marketing campaign to get me to purchase more insurance than I wanted. She scheduled appointments for me to go to her office for consultations I did not request. When I called to decline the appointments, she was unavailable. When she failed to return my calls, I was told that she had her son answer my calls that day and he had not got my message to her. Not professional, so I asked to be reassigned to a different agent. I was told that it wasn't possible. I had to call State Farm corporate office and request to drop my coverage on my cars, boat, business, and home before being told that it was possible to transfer to another agent. Im now with a different, less pushy, more responsive agent. Same insurance, though. Never had an issue with coverage. Maybe Tori's style clicks well with some people, but not me.

I seriously can't say enough good things about this agency!!! They bend over backwards to ="help me.. I got rear ended in FL and was having problems with the mans insurance and they immediately went to bat for me which says a lot!!!!!
Not sure what the issue is with this office. Can't ever seem to get their paperwork right. Any insurance company that has such serious billing issues, how can I trust them to pay if I file a claim?
