I greatly appreciate and recommend Jay Bernard and his incredible team of agents to anyone who has insurance needs or questions. They have taken care of our familie's insurance needs for the past 13 years and I wouldn't consider changing. From newly married to having 3 kids at home, their expertise, care, and hospitality is unmatched by any one else. I had a terrible experience with this specific State farm Agency. Long story short I was set up with a 11,300 dollar home deductible not ever being advised that this may not be exactly what I wanted. The paperwork I was shown looked as if my deductible was 1,100 dollars but that was the discount that I was being given. I showed the print off that I signed off on to 45 different co workers and only two of them understood the deductible was 11,300 and only because they dealt with the same issue previously. Beware of low prices because there are tactics to get you to switch to them such as this. I was punted to the upper departments for several weeks until I left to another insurance company. Luckily I was not in the need to use the insurance or else it could have destroyed my savings. I was with AAA for 16 years and learned my lesson that switching to the big insurance companies are not all that. Before switching to this branch of State Farm I suggest you double check yourself.
Extremely AMAZING! I'm new with State Farm all together, as in I've only had my policy a little over a month. Last Friday I was in a horrible accident. I'd fallen asleep while driving and went head-on into a cement wall going about 70 mph. I'm alive! And I can walk and talk! These being a blessing, the team at Jay Bernard - State Farm, they are the real blessing! You can only imagine the struggle I'm going through already with pain, hospital visits, loss of my car... Its a headache to deal with. My agent is DJ, but I've had the pleasure of speaking and dealing with other people from this office and people from State Farm that are not associated with Jay Bernard's office. I've never - ever had such AMAZING help and customer service. They WANT to do their job. They WANT to make everything as simple and effortless on my end as possible. I've been in total "awe" with the whole experience. I've never been in a wreck before and had to deal with anything like this; honestly I hope I never have to again. But DJ, State Farm... Everyone from this company is purely amazing to work with for every reason that's imaginable. State Farm, Jay Bernard, his staff, they honestly do care about each box their clients no matter how long or in my case, how short of time you've been with them. If I could give this more than 5-stars I absolutely would, no hesitation. ((Thank you all so much! You've truly been the best!!))
