One of the most unprofessional companies I've dealt with. Won't send me insurance cards, I have to request them. If I print them from there website they aren't current. Faxed a handwritten proof of insurance to the DMV, they even had me and my wife's last name spelled differently on the same policy! Not to mention they go up every year.
I would recommend Mark Massey, Allstate Insurance to someone who does not worry about finances. Their local service wonderful, it is next to none. However, their national service and claims adjustments were not quite honest and fair and the reality is, my finances are not based only on service. Due to their higher rates, we ourselves may have to move our home, camper and vehicles over to a company who is more economically competitive.
