The vet and vet techs are amazing. Our poor Baby Girl came in with half of her tail gone and they all worked with us to get her on some antibiotics and pain meds so that we could get her tail docked. Baby Girl had Surgery on Wednesday and it's like she's a brand new dog already. And today is only Thursday. Lol
These days so many Vet offices' can be judgemental or rude. NOT here. They were so good to us! We were not regulars of this office, being new to the area. My little boy of 13 plus years was not doing well and they worked us in. They ran tests and were so gentle with him. We were devastated that he couldn't be saved and the hardest thing I've ever done in my life was choose to not have him suffer. They let me hold his little face in my hands as I told him what a good and loyal boy he was and how much I loved him through my flood of tears. They let me have all the time I needed. We had him cremated and they made me an imprint of his little paw. About a week later I got a card in the mail where the office had a tree planted in my boy's memory. I can't thank the Lord enough that I happened into this office. My worst moment ever was met with kindness and loveing staff.
Had an emergency while traveling through Conway. The reception we received was phenomenal. They were very kind , professional and helpful. Also they were much more than reasonable on price. Really a great Vet and staff.
I have been Bringing our pets here for about a year now. We are very pleased with the attention and care our pets are getting. Great animal clinic. They really care about my dog. Dr Smith asks a lot of questions and explains everything well. The vet techs are great and friendly front end staff. I have him groomed, boarded, and all maintenance and emergency check ups here.
