I would refrain from renting at River Drive. Some lady who claimed to be the owner confronted me today. She wasn't the nicest individual, and came across as very racist singling me, and an African American out from across the street. I would recommend people look somewhere else to rent. I would hate for you to move in, and have this lady come up to your guest and yell at them in the face like she did to me. Then she went as far as sharing information with me of the current tenant. I don’t even live in this trailer park, but regardless she was rude and racist. Please be cautious if renting here.
