This place is an eye sore for sure. It's a trailer park, not an RV Camp like google seems to suggest. It may be quiet but there are a lot of drugs going in and out of here.
Forest Lake Estates is a very nice mobile home community. Everything is always well maintained and it has always been peaceful during my visits to friends.
Don't do much for the upkeep of property. Very quick to tell you to cut grass or charge you with a fine but neglects the vacant lots to easily. Not to quick at cutting back trees if they start leaning or start touching your trailer. Definitely not bright idea to have two entrances but only have one unlocked. And yet it's called a PREMIER MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY.. and for all their residents at Christmas, you get an INCREASE every year in lot rental.
Way overpriced, quiet hours not enforced, no security lighting in the slot I was parked, and my trailer was broken into and my door was completely ruined. Not even an apology.
Wonderful mobile park, quiet, clean, a pond with picknick benches, and a park.
