Each time I come here I leave feeling dissatisfied with much to be desired. I tried the new Southern Chicken Sandwich Buffalo style with mashed potatoes (because I'm thinking who can botch that up) Well that was a mistake. The chicken came out almost cold and not Buffalo. The mashed potatoes seriously tasted horrible to the point I didn't eat them. Reviews like this are TERRIBLY hard for me to leave, but I'm always honest. My companion unfortunately ordered the same thing except with French fries and his feelings were the same as mine. It was karaoke night, however, so that made the evening somewhat amusing and entertaining. TGI Fridays used to be the place to go in its glory days. I want that place back.
Wait staff is friendly....but they need to stick to what they're good at & brunch isn't it. Bring back the old menus. Really isn't that mich that we enjoy here anymore. It's like they're trying to focus on becoming more of a bar that offers good appetizers instead of a restaurant that caters to family as well as the drinkers at the bar.
Had a great time today at tgi Friday's with my beautiful daughter and grandson and my handsome husband and I enjoyed will be back soon.
The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean and nice. There was a menu item that didn't list specifics and the waitress didn't know much about the menu. Once management was called, we were accommodated. It shouldn't have taken all of that. And the menu items should have specifics.
The place was dead, but they forgot part of our order anyway. By the time they got it fixed and on the table, the rest of us had already finished eating. The ribs were tough and undercooked. Waitress said they recently changed vendors and had a couple of complaints about the same thing. Service was "ok" but could have been better (had to waive down the waitress for refills). Two stars because the margaritas were good.
