Have know to tell her that we only took it there because uhal said we would save money.. it ended up costing us over $100 more!!!! Beware!!!!

We went online to rent a uhal and it offered us a $40 discount and a free extra day if we delivered the Uhal to Conway instead of Clinton. We moved to Clinton and needed to save money so we took up the offer. This location opened at noon on Sunday, So we drove the extra 45 miles from our house. We had to take our car because we had to drive back home. This location charged us an additional day because we waited for them to open. The rude manager said it was our fault because we didn’t explain that we had been asked by uhal to turn it into this location and because we should have dropped it off before they opened at 9:51am . She kept telling me I was yelling and I wasn’t. I was a speaker phone and maybe I sounded load because I was upset for sure.. we spent an extra two hours taking the truck from Clinton to Conway and then driving back home. Not to mention the extra gas for the extra miles for not only the truck but our car.. then she charged us another day because she said we should have turned the truck in before noon and we should
