Finally, two days ago, I realized he'd left wax on my passenger side mirror.
I made an appointment at 11am to have my dad's truck detailed for Father's Day. I drove by at 12:30 and the truck was still sitting in the same spot. My mom, sister, and 2 young nephews (one under 1) were walking around trying to kill time (in 80 degree weather) until the truck was finished. When I noticed the truck, I went up there to see if it was finished. THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED YET!! He said they had 2 cars in front of us but there were 3 other cars stacked up that were not there when we dropped it off!! Then on top of that he tells my sister, "We can't just stop everything to take care of yall." ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! Then what's the point of making a damn appointment??!! I immediately got my money back and left that hell hole. Thanks for ruining my Father's Day gift to my dad jackass...
Trim was broken. He offered to replace it if I came back after the weekend. Frankly, I didn't want them to touch my car anymore....
Next day, after thinking it over, I took my vehicle back (he'd offered to finish clicking that broken piece of plastic in better if I brought it back in...) I explained that $300 seemed incredibly steep for only carpets. He suddenly said he was "planning on cleaning the interior and the exterior today for you."
So day two, no car.
Took my son a few hours ago to pick up his car...it is absolutely beautiful! It's a black car and had swirl marks, they are completely gone and the car looks like its made out of glass! And the job he did on the inside and under the hood well the car didn't look this good when he bought It! I will be taking my own car here and will recommend him to anyone and everyone! 5 stars just isn't enough praise!
However, he never cleaned my floor mats. Even though he shampooed my carpet, my mats were placed in my truck and never cleaned.
I got my car back for the 2nd time. Yes, it WAS clean. Yes, it DID smell great. (It's been week and the shine is still there.)
I will not take my car anywhere else!! They do top of the line work and exceed your expectations. Will recommend to my family and friends
I believe I was taken advantage of here. I took my vehicle here because it experienced some water in the floor boards from a bad rain. My car is a typically clean, small, 4- door commuter sedan. But my carpets needed shampooed. The guy told me it would be $300 and he'd have it done same day. I took it in and I did get my car back that evening. My carpets were clean. He did nothing else and, in fact, broke a piece of floor plastic door trim trying to force it back down.
Really nice people. They were willing to squeeze me in for same day service. By far best price and detail you can get anywhere around. I wish I would have taken before and after pics-it would have spoken for its self.

He didn't "click" the plastic trim back into place properly in two places in my car.... after realizing this the next day, I KNEW I wasn't taking my car back here to "fix" the broken piece they broke. Instead, I spent 5 minutes (it really was that fast) looking at the plastic and figuring out how to pop it back into place myself.
