I recently rented a moving truck from Moving U in Conway and was very satisfied with the service that I received. I spoke with 3 different employees over a 2 week period as the details of my moving needs kept changing. Each time I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of those who assisted me. They even worked out providing a larger truck for me at last minute when it appeared it wasn't going to be possible. The team of 3 promptly arrived when scheduled and were prepared to jump in an immediately get to work. The guys were very careful with our belongings while carrying out to the truck, moving and storing. We will be moving into our new house in a few months and will definitely use the team again for the final trip.
They showed up on time, and never took a break. They were careful carrying our antique furniture, wrapped it safely in the truck, and delivered it without a scratch. Friendly, Courteous, Hard working, and I will certainly use them again. What more can I say?
We're in the process of remodeling our home, painting and getting new carpet. We hired the Moving U crew for three strategic moves before, during and after the carpet installation. The first move was to get 3 bedrooms moved into a PODS unit on site so we could complete painting and getting the first three bedrooms carpeted. The three man team gave us a heads up they were leaving their prior job and showed up promptly on time. After a quick run down on details they all went to work like a well oiled machine. They were professional in every regard, quiet, respectful and did a remarkable job carefully packing everything we needed into the PODS unit. They handled everything with precision and care. I was so impressed with their teamwork I booked them again in the middle of the carpeting job to get everything out of the PODS back into the first three bedrooms, and then pack the remaining rooms of the house back out to the PODS for the final carpeting installation. I've already booked them to do the final move getting things back into the house as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and they'll be at the top of our list should we have any further moving needs.
