4 x 8 U-Haul trailer to the rescue as we were planning a week long, in-state trip to see family during the week of Thanksgiving. I soon realized we needed a cozy place for all the luggage to ride apart from the four adults and three kiddos inside. I reserved the trailer three days in advance and all went great the day of pickup... the guys at Conway U Storage even hooked everything up and made sure all the lights worked properly. Great customer service, we'll be back when needed again.
Have rented from Conway -u- storage approximately four years and cu stoner services has been awesome and facilities as well. I will continue to business with Conway U storage for years to come.
This place has a coded gate to get in, and great amount of space to store items.
Only thing that I’d prefer is an early termination fee rather than paying the entire month if you move out of a unit before say, the 10th of the month, or something similar. But who knows, I may have cost them a U-Haul rental or two with all the rescheduling I did.
Even still, I’d use them again if needed. No doubt.

My wife called around and U Storage had the lowest price U-Haul rental rates in town. I called around and their storage rates were less than several others as well. So for our move we used them for both. We kept having to push back closing and they were very accommodating and flexible with rescheduling U-Haul vehicles. I was very pleased. It’s clear that they have high customer satisfaction standards. Service was excellent.
