Terrible experience! I met with the guy who works here he was great really friendly, quotes things definitely below value but overall good customer service. The lady with the long hair don’t remember her name was not only rude but incompetent. She tried to argue me down about a cord, that she knew nothing about. She tried to convince me that the usb charging cord that I brought in was actually an HDMI cord to plug into the tv, therefore she couldn’t take the camera. They need to keep the guy and get rid of her. She really just wanted to rush me out since it was close to closing time! DONT GO HERE!
They will give you a price well below market level. Example I experienced was with junk silver (quarters pre 1964). The offered to buy at $2.20 a quarter and were selling at $4.25 ea in the Conway location. Silver price at that time made each quarter silver value at $3.30. A +$2 profit for each quarter they sold. WOW, other pawn shops were buying at 10% below spot and selling 10% above spot, which is typical and acceptable. All in it for the money... be careful.

Be sure to check the price in your local stores before purchasing an item from this place. I went in to purchase a tv for my patio. I was interested in a TCL Roku Tv 32S301. They have it listed in this place for 125, and claim that it would cost 300 new. Not true, new the TV is 148 online (which was verified while I was in the store). They said they were confident in their pricing. Why pay 125 for it used? 23 more dollars I full ability to return if something goes wrong and manufacturer's warranty. Just be sure to check pricing for yourself before purchase.
