My wife and I were looking for a nice, comfortable, affordable sectional sofa and recliner. We were really impressed by the friendly staff and managers here at this Hanks location. Katherine was our helpful sales person. She was accommodating and very helpful and not pushy. They worked with us on pricing as well. I would buy here again!!!
My wife and I recently purchased a bedroom suite from Hank's in Conway. The sales staff was kind enough to give us space to shop, but they were also very informative when needed. We will be back!
Katherine Hankins helped us out furnishing an entire apartment. She and management worked together to find us pieces we would love and make it all work within our budget. We were given one-on-one attention when needed, and left alone when wanted.
Went into this store , everyone was so wonderful , helpful. I Bought a table and chairs . All the staff was so courteous in helping me find the exact table and chairs I was looking for. Especially the new manager Steve clem. I will defiently be back .i would recommend this place to all my family and friends
We have been to multiple furniture stores spending countless hours with sales people. We even ordered and paid for a couch from furniture row and they didn’t tell us it wouldnt be in for three months!!!We finally remembered we had Hanks in Conway. Walked in saw just what we wanted and they had it ready for pick up same day at the warehouse! They had products in stock and would have sold what was on the floor. Not sure what it is with these other chains that won’t sell what’s on the floor.
They would not have been a great place to shop if we wanted cheap furniture, but the prices were very fair for the quality pieces.
As an added bonus they have Westrock coffee. That really made my day.
