Originally the service was awesome(couple years ago), I purchased a full bedroom outfit. Was extremely happy. Recently lost a bracket for the bed, called to see if I could order one. The woman I spoke with(wish I could remember her name) stated she didn't have any nor could order one. She said they another store, and if that didn't help I could purchase a new side board, that would include the bracket. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be spending another dime here, little alone 1,200 again.
