I am going to have to go to a tire dealer and buy a set of good tires at my own expense so that I can drive my car. That will solve the tire problem.
Fact is that the old tires did not shake the car when I test drove the car before I bought it. When i picked it up after they installed new tires..it shook and shimmied and vibrated. No car is supposed to vibrate and shimmy at 35 mph.

My issue is with the defective tire(s) causing vibrations and no amount of air will fix a bad tire.
Bought used car. That was fine but they put on a new set of tires as part of deal. The old tires had worn out tread.
But what really torques me is that I have learned that whatever Crain service department messes up, they will not stand behind and make right. They tell you nothing is wrong and leave you stuck with the problem.
Service manager lowered the air pressure of the tires and cliamed that was the problem.
Cheat you on the card they sell then don't help the customers after car leaves lot. Sold car to someone and after 10 days it was in shop. Won't fix it either.
Pricing is reasonable with in my budget !!!
But since service department doesnt care..I would not buy another car from here. It is so disrespectful to take advantage of a customer.
Service manager claims tires are perfect and the car rides fine. Yes the car is a sports car it has firm suspension and superb handling. I have no issues with ride or handling It's why I chose the car.
So what good does a 100 year power train warranty do for you if the service manager is not an honest man?
The new tires make the car shake. I took it back and asked them to find out what is wrong and fix it.
Car still shakes but just softer shake.
