Got 2hamsters today and they were out if 2seperat pens they put them in same box well all be hold came home and the bigger one killed the little one. They don't know anything about animals but they'll test your tank water for free. Hummmm my 5 yrs going there I've always had problems I think I'll take my permanent businesses over to pet Co. Better prices better warranties on animals. And the know there pets habitats little one show is the one got killed. One in cage is the other sweet baby thanks PetSmart broke my heart today .... Hope you like your review....
My daughter and I were in early this morning and we noticed two reptiles piggy back. Of course we thought they were mating. When we returned later to make a purchase I noticed the staff were standing by the tanks were the reptiles were. I made the statement that they were mating early and received such a nasty response from the manager Ashley. My daughter made a statement that she didn't have to be so nasty and rude in her response. Me personally .... I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!
Wife and came to Conway AR store on Sunday Aug 7, 2017 at approximately 9.15 am. The store was open and we proceeded to shop for some items. We asked a female worked for assistance. After getting the items we needed, we went to the checkout counter. No one was there. No one in sight so I asked if anyone was working the checkout. The same lady who helped us earlier came from one aisle and said in a non professional manner "we aren't open till 10:00am." Why didn't she tell us when she was helping us earlier. The times open is not posted except the grooming hours. A gentleman heard her and said I will check you out. He did in a very professional manner. Guess Petgo isn't that bad after all.

The staff are very knowledgeable. They definitely show they care about your animal as much as you do! I take my dog to get his teeth brushed, hair cut, and groomed...the ladies were very nice and treated my dog like one of their own and always do a fantastic job. They are confident and willing to do what you ask. :) Good place to take your pet for anything they may need.
