Associates are polite and QUICK. I had a bit of a wait because there were several people in front of me, but the associate went through the hauls fairly quickly.
Be warned, they only take clothes for teens and young adults and very current brands and styles. No old lady stuff (like my items). :)
This place is amazing, it's clean, the selection is good, prices are amazing. I've been to many Plato's across the states, but I was really really impressed with this one.
Only takes year old clothing? Brought a bin full of clothes and took nothing. Tons of Polo Ralph Lauren in great condition.
I got for $140: 4 pairs of athletic shorts, tennis shoes, 3 dresses, 2 athletic tanks, an athletic shirt, wool sweater, and a long sleeve Under Armour jacket! If I had bought these at the store, it would have been over $300. I got an Adidas shirt, tags still attached for $70....I only paid $9!!!!!
I cannot believe the way I was treated today when I came in. The worst customer service I think I've ever received. I brought in brand new Columbia jackets with the tags on it, polo shirts that were brand new, rock revivals that still had tags on them and several VERY nice shirts that had maybe been worn once. They say they were looking for women's athletic shorts but passed on at least 5 brand new Nike shorts. I was just very surprised that the lady didn't take a second to look at the items that were very expensive and in tip top condition. Needless to say I never review anyone badly because I understand customer service. But I will not be back, I'm very surprised and should've looked at reviews before coming in. Definitely dissatisfied.
The staff is typically rude and the clothes have taken a down fall with stains, holes and faded clothing. They seem to pay you pennies compared to what they sale it as. I don't really care for this location. But style encore is amazing
