I cannot comment on the quality of work because they never responded to my request for an inspection of my roof. After two weeks of not hearing anything back from them, they finally called on Christmas Eve to see if they cold come out to do the inspection. The least I expected was a return call to let me know they were to busy to see me right away, but that call never came. Very disappointing.
Mr. Collins was very quick to respond to my call to have my roof inspected and get an estimate on repairs. Within the day he and his crew had been to my house determined what should be done and had an estimate. When I got other estimates they were higher and one didnt find a couple of the problems with our roof. We set a date for the repairs to begin and within two days they had redone a part of our roof and had reshingled the rest that needed done in the front. The job was done professionally and all debris were cleaned up and hauled off promptly! Since then I have called Mr. Collins a couple of times to look at other problems and he has taken care of them in the same timely manner and all trash was hauled off. If you are looking for a good roofer that you can trust by all means give Dale a call!
