Absolutely disgusted with the service of this company, we went through a process of battling the "executive broker" just to get a call back. Put in an application and it took over 3 weeks to even get in contact with me and my boyfriend about a house that we were looking to rent. After 7 emails, 5 visits to her office and 20 phone calls to her cell and office we finally managed to hunt her down at her office and her reason on ignoring us was we didn't make enough for the monthly cost, that is unprofessional. Also we had put my boyfriends info down and he was more than qualified for the payments, we were undermined for our age. Unprofessional yet again. Her name was Rhonda P and if you have any case of emergency to move out, I would highly suggest you stay clear from this business. Absolutely terrible.
