This place must have a new manager cause they really really suck here lately. Either they don't have enough hot n ready pizzas or they don't have sauce. Everytime it's always something with this bunch. We decided to drive across town to the new one on oak and have had no problems. Maybe they will get it together on Morningside.
They updated system. People don't know how to process gift cards and won't release your pizza unless it has a tag. My tag finally printed 5 minutes after pizza was done. Got home pizza was cold. I live 2 to 3 miles from them. Considering not returning to this place of business.
Should probably find some better staff. They open the box as if they look at what they give me and the pizzas can be missing cheese on half, box stuck in the side of it, or burnt. Never see the same people twice. Seems like it's about quantity and definitely not quality. Cheap is all they have going for them.
Poor service. Rude employees. Lack of professionalism. The past few months I've gone here I've been met with calling several times and being ignored, ordering food and not getting what I ordered then be questioned rudely If I had really ordered the right thing. I hear employees in the back talking poorly of customers. On top of all that the pizza tends to be under cooked, has a lack of toppings and not properly sliced. Although this location will no longer be seeing my business, the Oak Street location is the exact opposite. Great service, friendly employees and great quality food and actually picks up their phone and greets you. Go to the Oak Street location, folks.
My sister and I stood there for 15 minutes and werr NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED. ..AND WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE. We left and I called and spoke with a manager ans she had the nerve to ask if I was sure I called the right store and when I verified the store as I work 3 blocks from there she hung up on me. I was not rude either .
