The Pizza Hut dining experience isn't quite what it used to be. Food is good.
Went there and stood for awhile waiting for seat. Waitress finally came over and said set wherever and that she would be back with us. Ten minutes later still no service, no menus, nothing. We were the only customers in restaurant. We finally got tired f waiting and left. They didn't even notice us leaving.
If you come here order a pizza instead of the pizza bar. Everytime we do this the service is good. Not impressed with the bar. Go with family or friends and make it a social deal.
Never ever delivered the food by the time they give on the website. Always forget something. The manager on shift was very rude and unprofessional with no knowledge of their job duties. Would not recommend anyone to the Pizza Hut on Salem and Club lane, Conway Ar.
Terrible service. Food was good, but any time we asked for something the server would go to the bathroom or out to her car first and just take forever. I've never had good service at this pizza hut but this was the last straw. I had to get up and get our own plates from the salad bar because our server disappeared after we asked for plates. And we were the only ones in there! (for obvious reasons now).
