Cleanliness of rooms. Friendly staff and comfortable furnishings
Very accommodating. I reserved for the incorrect day through an online booking site. The gentleman at the desk could have charged the cancellation fee, yet just allowed me switch to the correct the date and waived the fee.
Seemed clean. Everything you would expect from a basic hotel room. Haven't had the breakfast yet, but I'm satisfied with the room. Good for the price I paid.
The room was very clean, and roomy.
Recently stayed & disappointed. Queen non smoking room smelled of old stale smoke. The curtain were filthy with what appeared to be something projected across the room. Toilet seat screw broken and slipped to the side. Refrigerator/freezer had food from previous guests in both...needed cleaning. The room was at the end of building and corner of another with a iron gate chained & locked. It was a dark corner & dangerous if fire in adjacent room or if being attacked. Good points...parking lot well lite, bed linens clean & comfortable, desk staff polite and had good morning coffee. Did not try the breakfast but appeared fresh. Good location to shopping & restaurants. Could be a great place if owners made an effort to have some pride in their business and make modest repairs, upgrades to window treatments and inspect cleaning behind janitorial staff.
They also provided a waffle machine for the continental breakfast, which is always a plus!
Found trash bags filled with garbage stuffed in the cabinets. Room smelled funny. Otherwise it was fine.
