Excellent staff and especially ER staff and doctors. Went first to the other hospital because I wasn’t familiar with Conway. Saw immediate no one cared if you bled to death in the lobby. Finally a kind man who saw the blood and pain I was in after being bitten by s dog told me to go to the new hospital and they got me right in and gave excellent caring and very good care and treated me so sweet. Treated by a Dr. White. Excellent care by both doctors, nurses, and staff.
My 2 year old was having severe knee pain, so much so she wouldn’t walk and would cry. I brought her to this ER because he clinic didn’t have any openings that day. We were seen pretty quick, however after explaining what was going on to a nurse he said he would observe her for a little while. After about 30 mins she stared crying and limping while she tried to walk and when I looked around there wasn’t a nurse anywhere. When someone finally came back I was told the previous nurse went to lunch and I had to explain the whole thing again. I saw 3-4 different nurses who had no explanation what was wrong with her. She was given Tylenol and we were sent on our way. The next month I received a bill from a third party billing agent for a doctor, but it didn’t give the doctors name (we only saw nurses). Then a couple days later we received a bill stating the visit was $399. Kind of rediculous since we didn’t see a doctor and didn’t get a diagnosis. Seems like we will go to Conway regional from now on.
I've been in several hospitals in several different states and this was by far the best staff I've ever had work on me. They made sure I was well taken care of and didn't stop until they found out what was wrong. They treated my family with such compassion.

I had the worst possible experience at this hospital on 9-12-17, I went in begging for help in the most excruciating pain that I’ve ever been in. The first female dr that came in was horrid not only did she tell me that the ER was a place for people with real emergencies, I specifically asked her to look at my shoulder and she flat out refused. I had already been given meds that had terrible side effects and their response was to up the dosage on it. They gave me absolutely nothing for my pain and treated me as if I didn’t matter whatsoever. The attending physician Robert Wycoff came in at the end after not speaking to me or asking me any questions diagnosed me with Neuropathic pain. NO I HAVE TORN CARTILAGE AND TWO TORN TENDONS IN MY SHOULDER, if you guys would have taken five minutes to treat me I could have avoided weeks of suffering. And you can expect me to make a formal complaint.
