The staff has always been peasant to deal with however I do notice the other reviews say otherwise. I've gone there at least 15 times and have not had any bad experiences. The prices are not the best, but they are quite convenient.

I've been using them for about a year now and couldn't say enough about how much they help me. A Couple of my packages were misdelivered by other carrier services and staff at the UPS store worked very hard to help me get my packages. I probably have 10 -20 packages a week delivered there and they take care of me. I have to assume that the negative past reviews were directed towards a different group of staff members.
