I went to the photo shop to use the one hour photo print. After my hour was up I went to retrieve my photo and no one was even in the photo area. After waiting around for about 10 minutes I finally found an associate and ask for help they said someone e would be there soon. After waiting another 10 or 15 minutes we finally got someone there. No picture !!! After about 30 minutes more and finding put they were put of paper they tried at her options. Finally after 2 hours from the beginning I still have no picture. Had to go somewhere else
Everyone is always friendly and smiling when greeting at the door. Pharmacy is usually very quick and they remember my name and go above and beyond when I need alittle extra help.
Relied on this store for years for drinking water with their drinking water bottle refill station. They removed the station for "repairs" and we were assured it would be replaced. Its been over a year and still no replacement station. Now I have to drive across town for drinking water. Given this location is on the outskirts of town, close to those on well water, it would seem imperative that they maintain the filling station.
This review is strictly for the auto center. There of been three different occasions of bad experiences. The first one being my wife taking her car to get an oil change. Upon dropping it off they tried to get her to do the fluid top off and extra checks for $40 but she opted for the regular $20 oil change. When she came back to pick it up they tried to charge her the $40 and I argued with her that that's The one she picked. After she went back for another oil change they found that the oil pan bolt was stripped and they couldn't get it out of the pan. They said that whoever did her change last was at fault ( which was them). After they looked at the records they admitted to the problem but through hassle of fully covering it and a week to fix it. The last incident was today when she went to go get her tires changed And found a price online lower than the tires they wanted to give her. She chose for the cheaper tire and the worker borderline refused to help her out. He said that those tires we're not in stock and she would not be able to get them at that price. After getting a manager involved they got her the price on the tire and found that they had several in stock. The manager told the guy to put the tire she wanted on but when she came back to pick it up the more expensive tires were put on her vehicle and she was quoted the more expensive price. Currently trying to deal with this situation after one of the workers said that they could not help her out. Do not go to this Walmart for auto. We should have learned our lesson after the first incident but we will no longer be going there.
The selection is on par with other Walmart stores that I’ve been to. The only issues I have had with the store is their phone service and pick up service (once). I’ve called so many times and been left on hold. I used the pick up service a few times and had great results until this last one and it was horrid. We paid for multiple items we didn’t receive and had substitutes that were not relayed to us but when I tried to call (multiple times) I was left on hold. No surprise there. Good place for shopping in person but not a great place for phone interaction.
