Was lied to about the price of the blanket th was lied to about the price of the blanket that they had 2 weeks ago and when I went to check out and told the cashier all the cashiers a and when I went to check out and told the cashier all the cashiers up ther and when I went to check out and told the cashier all the cashiers at their started kind of yelling at me and it was extremely discouraging. Instead of nicely saying no I'm sorry you're missin the actual price of the blanket I would have been a whole lot more understanding and not upset at all however I don't like the fact that they made the scene out of my situation and everybody was f****** staring at me. Call customer service and they were actually clos and they were actually closed so I had gotten a hold of the online ordering department and she was really rude and short with me as well but when I finally got an email back all I was given was a thank you for the information have a nice day kind of thing. So I went to call the store and talk to the manager and she was not aware of the situation and she said she'd also pass along the information to the eas to the store manager. I was not offered any kind of coupon or discount for the experience and I even told her that I was going to buy $50 worth of their body sprays when they were $5 and I had changed my mind and the cashier looked at me and said okay bye.
They always have great deals and the associates are friendly and helpful!
I love the smell of this store...especially around the holidays! Yum! The staff is great and they always help me make to cutest gift baskets/packages. Plus, they have great bundle deals.
