Great car wash and customer friendly
Tight spot to get into. And the guy working there was not very friendly.
Very pleased with this car wash. It is so nice to have an unlimited monthly plan option. The manager, Josh, is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make customers happy.
Early on Saturday morning.... I paid to vacuum my car today and the unit I chose did not have good suction and performed like a cheap dust buster. Apparently the dirt collection buckets are not emptied regularly here. This is a very basic thing for a car wash to take care of. There was only one attendant who was busy running cars through the main wash. I did not have time it wait around and was not about to spend another cent there. This is a very convenient location for me but after today's experience I will drive the extra mile to Splash on Hogan Lane from now on.
I decided to try this car wash today, but did not have a positive experience. It left blue soap in several areas on my white SUV and it was very noticeable that various areas were not washed at all. I had to re-wash/rinse once I got home. Won't be wasting my $9 on the drive thru again.
