We ate about 3pm there a few days ago. Steak tacos and an appetizer. We loved it. The new place is awesome.
The food, drinks, and friendly staff at Outback in Conway are all as good as it gets! We have yet to be disappointed on a visit to this location.
While I've never been much of a fan of Outback Steakhouse, this one gave me no reason to complain. Good food, great service for the 7 in our party. We didn't have a wait and were treated great from the time that we entered the door. The staff went all out to make us feel welcome.
I really appreciated when Heidi, one of the managers, took the the time to visit the table and explain how my custom order would appear on the bill. GREAT SERVICE!!
Poor experience for Curbside Take-away. Nowhere to park because spots were taken, no one would answer the phone. I went inside and found out the order wasn't ready even 20 minutes after the promised time. Asked to speak to the manager but was told he had 3 other people in line before me. Couldn't cancel order because I had already paid online. Finally got my food and took it home. Steaks were overcooked, sweet potato stringy and inedible, lettuce in salad was brown and rotten. Everything was cold, even living 5 minutes from the restaurant. It is like they weren't even trying.
The new location in Conway really revived Outback as the other was pretty well hidden. Being a new building, the decor was nice and the waiting area was big enough to hold people. The service was goid even though there was a mistake with our order. Our Server and the Manager quickly fixed the mistake and gave us a credit without us asking for one. If you visit this location, you must order the Blooming Onion.
