Best people best bank in conway
Every time I make a deposit through the ATM at this bank, it takes them all day to put it into my account. The first few times I did this my money was in my account by 8/9 am. Now they always give the excuse that they're under staffed and don't have time to check the ATM. Well I have things I need to get done which is why I deposit my money the day before otherwise I'd just hold my check and go to a different bank when I have time. Ridiculous.
I LOVE THIS BANK I HAVE HAD THEM FOR YEARS AND YEARS AND I KNOW MOST ALL THE EMPLOYEES THERE AND THEY KNOW ME AS SOON AS I WALK IN.ITS LIKE TALKING TO FAMILY WHEN I COME HERE AND THEY TREAT ME AS SUCH.THANK YOU GUYS FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE AND BEING SO NICE AND RESPECTFUL.
Extremely dissatisfied. I brought in a bit of change and at first they completely denied me service. It was only $26 in mostly quarters. After asking several times to be exchanged, she finally took my money, whilst exclaiming how unhappy she was to do it. So I cancelled my account, got my change money, and I'll be happy to never set foot in this piece of garbage attitude bank ever again.
